Since arriving on scene at EWR (Newark International Airport), I have had the pleasure of sipping iced coffee while contemplating the details of my next adventure! I even updated my Facebook status for the first time in months. I'm truly looking forward to being more active online from here on out throughout my trip! My flight is a non-stop flight from Newark to Beijing, United flight 0089, and it departs at 11:55 AM. Its a 13HR 50MIN flight, so I was sure to upload as many movies and TV shows to my laptop as possible before leaving! 

Since I get so incredibly plane sick, I bought a neck pillow and some noise canceling headphones to help dissipate the natural internal plane sounds that make me nauseous. 

In the photo, you can see my passport with the Chinese visa stamp, as well as my boarding pass! How exciting! Thankfully, I have an aisle seat (Thanks dad!).

My plane should begin boarding at around 11:05 AM, fairly shortly! Since I'll have internet access, be on the lookout for further posts during the ride! I'll be watching some old reruns of The Next Iron Chef as well as an old season of Top Chef Masters. Also, I downloaded last Friday's episode of Common Law...Still haven't figured out if I'm a fan or not yet, but I generally love any USA Network television so more than likely I will keep watching. I hope my next post includes more China-related happenings!
